Our customer is challenged when a world-class shipping industry leader needs a large rocker arm to load engines on gas tankers. The dimensions of the project made it a challenge, a 12 m. by 10 m. crossbeam.
DEVELOPMENT
After carefully studying the original design, its capabilities, materials and dimensions, several aspects were proposed for improvement based on the FEM studies. With this in mind, our new design was to ensure the reliability of the rocker arm. It must be said that this client is very happy with the quality of our work and dedication. The images correspond to the FEM studios during their redesign. DINABI's new design improved the reliability and quality of the rocker arm.

DINABI provided the final detail design, technical calculation advice, manufacturing plans and support. Such was the impact of the project that it had a presence in the national media.
