This machine is capable of automatically punching the rear skirt of the car.
How do we get it?
On the one hand, three blades cut a part of the plastic along the whole piece and on the other hand, it makes small cuts with small blades where in another later process another piece will overlap.
DEVELOPMENT
Several people from DINABI visited the customer's plant to see how they perform similar processes. They gave us guidelines of commercial elements that they have in stock and have standardized and once we know all the information needed to make a clean cut we started the design.
SPECIFICATIONS
It is important to make a clean cut and not to mark the piece. The customer was very satisfied with the result as it met their specifications and even improved their expectations. The cycle time was met.

4 weeks between conceptual and detailed design, production of construction plans and base lists.
